I had an idea to sew for my tiny BJD polka dot dresses.
I started with green polka dot fabric and sewed a very simple dress with only one decorative detail – orange hem trimming. I asked my Iplehouse BID Nami to be my model, and she posed me perfectly.

For the next dress I was about to use light polka dot fabric and the same pattern. But this time I decided to embellish the dress with an embroidery. I draw a floral border, digitized it, made a test and when was happy how the result, embroidered the design on a future dress’ skirt detail, using colors matching polka dots on the fabric itself.

After I finished sewing the dress, I thought that something missing around flowers, and embroidered free-standing lace butterfly.
It gave the final look completeness, in my opinion.
This dress went to my Dollsbe Paprika. She and her close friend Nami modeled me again.

For the final photoshoot we visited a nearest park, where my models happily played with each other. Great weather on a sunny day, good friend – what can be better?
