Last time you also saw this striped dress at the background. It’s time to show and describe it itself now.

V-neck and darts on the dress help to create an interesting combination of stripes of a fabric. The dress belt is sewn with a cross direction of the stripes in hope to strengthen a game of the stripes of the fabric.

The skirt is knee-length and has the same pleat pattern as both previous dress and outfit have.

The dress is embellished with 3D embroidered flowers.

I’d created an embroidery design for 3D flowers and embroidered them on a chiffon. Then I cut the flowers out and sewed them to the dress bodice using sequins and beads.

I used snaps for the dress closure at the back.

To be honest, this dress is my favorite! And what do you think about it?

  • I think both are lovely but for me the long one with the flowers on the white top, is beautiful :)

    • When I saw the Alberta Ferretti collection, I was subdued by an outfit with a long skirt and a short top with flower embellishments. This is a great opportunity to show a slim waist :)

I started to sew the collection because of this outfit. I’ll show this outfit photos closer next time.
